Our team comprises highly experienced Loan Officers who are compensated and driven to advise and educate our clients. This unique advisor approach eliminates the traditional high-pressure sales techniques. This has allowed us to create a boutique experience accompanied by low rates and fees.

We can pre-underwrite our clients before shopping for a home via our Diamond Homebuyer Program. There are no additional costs to utilize this program, yet our clients significantly increase their chances of getting an offer accepted on a new home purchase.

With over 34 years as a mortgage loan consultant, listening to your needs, answering your questions and educating you on all your financial options is Kimberly’s top priority. The entire team, from the production manager, processor, and underwriter understand the importance of closing on time, receiving clear and transparent summary of programs, rates and fees, as well as creative solutions.

Kimberly is one of six children, born in California and raised in Washington. She met her husband, Will back in 1987 while attending Bellevue College for a career in real estate that ultimately transitioned to mortgage in 1989. They have a grown daughter, Kathleen who recently has given them their first grandchild…..the source of the most joy & love one can experience. In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys hiking, fishing, camping in the RV, traveling around the world, and long walks with her husband and border collie/blue heeler mix, Kylo.
